Processing

All our products are prepared, packed, and posted by us. Coffee is roasted regularly throughout the week, with orders processed within two working days (we work Monday – Friday)

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all UK shipping, with RM48 as our standard shipping option, and as our default for free shipping over £30.

Our shipping time period is from when Royal Mail take control of the parcel. There may be additional delays due to holiday periods, industrial action, and Royal Mail’s capacity (for example, Christmas, or Easter when more packages are sent).

We are currently expecting 3-5 working days delivery time once Royal Mail collect parcels from us.

International Orders

We’re currently only able to ship within the UK – please get in touch if you’re looking to order outside the UK, and we’ll be able to help!
