Processing

All our products are prepared, packed, and posted by us. Coffee is roasted regularly throughout the week, and all orders are aimed to be processed the next working day (Monday to Friday for us!)

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all UK shipping, with RM48 as our standard shipping option, and as our default for free shipping over £30.

Please note that shipping time period is from when Royal Mail take control of the parcel. There may be additional delays due to holiday periods, industrial action, and Royal Mail’s capacity (for example, Christmas, or Easter when more packages are sent).

We are currently expecting 3-5 working days delievery time once Royal Mail collect parcels from us, but often orders will arrive sooner!

International Orders

We’re currently only able to ship within the UK – we are working on a solution for mainland Europe as a priority.
